Customer service is busy

Shirt is great and quality is awesome 5 stars there. Customer service is one star. I ordered the wrong size 28 days ago, sent multiple emails for just an exchange or a refund and repurchase if I had to.

Still no response.
And now I can't give these as a Christmas gift as intended. Real bummer.
