- 15° Grinding Angle For Filigree Sharpness - The 15° grinding angle gives particularly fine blades made from high-quality carbon or Damascus steel a filigree sharpness. High levels of hardness in such steels allow a knife edge to be sharpened very finely.

great to put an edge on a dull knife.. I didn’t use on my montana knives, they still have a very sharp edge! I use on a few dull Knives.. and wow.. the angle guide made a huge difference along with the 2 included stones. It made quick work to sharpen dull knives
