The Castle Rock’s drop point features a fine tip that’s become a hallmark of MKC’s blade design. ULTRA-MINIMAL KYDEX SHEATH

The smallest footprint we could engineer without sacrificing secure retention.

We stripped the Castle Rock’s Kydex sheath down to the absolute minimum weight, so compact that our deep carry clip barely fits on it. That’s by design. A built-in retention screw lets you dial in the perfect blade tension, and the clip allows for deep-pocket carry or inside-the-waistband mounting. 

Whether you carry tip up in your front pocket or tucked discreetly at your waist, the Castle Rock and its sheath virtually vanish on your body.

    Amazing pocket knife

    This is my first fixed blade pocket knife and I love it !MKC is great quality and wow it was shipped super quick. Only my second MKC blade so attached is a photo of the comparison of castle rock and the flattail.

    New EDC knife

    I am very happy with this little knife. My Blackfoot 2.0 is now tucked away in my daily pack thanks to the Castle Rock being smaller, lighter, and equally useful for daily tasks. It secures well in the Kydex sheath and disappears in a pants pocket as well as a small pocket knife, but with less weight and better simplicity.

    Great fixed blade edc

    I’m normally a folder guy. This knife is compact enough for a fixed blade. Would purchase again but I’m still waiting on a MKC folder

    Castle rock

    Great little edc. I wear it horizontally on the belt at the 1 o clock position. I can actually get 4 fingers around it, barely,but it works. I think the only thing I would change is no sharpening choil, with a blade that short it tends to get caught on things. Other than that it has replaced my speed goat, mini goat and Blackfoot for edc.
